Movie Monday: Iron Man 3 Trailer, Arnold Back as Conan, Assassin’s Creed, Run-Time for the Hobbit, James Cameron Lies Again

Movie Monday has taken off. Please fasten your seat belts and turn your attention to the safety video infront of you. The trailer for Iron Man 3 has been released. I am absolutely shocked. This is not what I expected. Take a look.

Clearly, Iron Man is in bad shape. Usually, Iron Man movies have a very lighthearted tone. Tony Stark is usually cracking jokes left and right. Here, however, Tony Stark is in deep water, and his seriousness shows that. What do you think of the trailer?

Next up is news about Arnold Schwarzenegger. He has signed onto the next Conan the Barbarian movie, set to be released in the summer of 2014. He will be playing Conan once again. He said he’d be back, so I’m not surprised. No amount of steroids, however, will be able to get Arnold back to his old Conan body.

I apologize for the picture on the right. I only post the truth, however, and this is the truth, unfortunately. Assassin’s Creed has a main man cast: Michael Fassbender. Yes, Mr. Fassbender has been cast as Ezio. I have a strong feeling that the guy from the first Creed game isn’t named Ezio, so please correct me in the comments. Fassbender definitely has acting chops, so this could go very well.

The run-time for The Hobbit has been released. It is going to total 2 hours and 40 minutes. This is the shortest of the Middle Earth films. Let’s keep in mind that the Hobbit is a book that is 300 pages. There are three movies that are going to tell the 300 page story. The first movie is 2 hours and 40 minutes. It looks like we’ll be getting some very elaborate story-telling. How do you feel about long run-times? Let me know in the comments below.

To finish off this flight, I have some news about James Cameron. He is a liar. I have already stated this before, but he is a liar even further due to some new information. As you know, he stated months back that he was in the Avatar business. He wouldn’t affiliate himself with anything but Avatar. Well, it looks like Mr. Cameron will be directing The Informationist after working on the second and third Avatar films. He made it very clear that he was in the ‘Avatar business.’ When a man says something, he should stay true to it, and if he can’t he should at least explain his change of heart.

We have reached our destination. I hope you had a smooth flight. If you need any help retrieving your bags, please scroll down to the comments section and leave your concerns or thoughts in the box below. The pilot will be sure to get back to you. Thanks for flying with Gamerscene Airlines: Serving You Since October 29th, 2012.

I think I extended that metaphor way too long. I like it.
